Direct Transact ensures that a daily reconciliation,
between the movement on the Card Holder account,
and ATM or POS transactions, is done. This service
can only be supplied if Direct Transact provides
the account hosting service or has access into
the account hosting system of the issuer.
Our back-office has access into the electronic
dispute system to resolve customer disputes of
Visa and MasterCard for the processing of charge
back transactions, which is included in our end-to-end
service offering.
